Our Story of Growth

God is doing something special at GO Church. In the past year, we've seen hundreds of new faces join our church family, and each person brings their own beautiful story of how Jesus found them.

Take Jaycie, for example. She walked through our doors looking for a place for her family, and especially her children, to find belonging. “It’s been such a wonderful church home for us,” says Jaycie. “My children thrive in the children’s ministry and love to be involved.” Jaycie now serves on the GO Team and her children lead worship in the children’s environment – they found a place to grow.

We've grown from two Sunday Gatherings last year to regular three at our South Metro Atlanta Campus, but it's not about the numbers – it's about the lives being changed. Every week, we see people raising their hands to follow Jesus, families finding healing, and individuals discovering they're not alone anymore.

Our growth has meant adding more chairs, sure, but more importantly, we're adding more hearts to God's family. Like Mike, who reconnected with church on a Sunday as he sought prayer and healing through his cancer diagnosis. “If it weren’t for a merciful and grace-filled God, and a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching church like GO Church, I don’t know—nor do I want to know—where I would be,” says Mike

Our Sunday Gatherings are designed to help you understand who Jesus is and why He matters in your life. Whether you're brand new to faith or have been around church your whole life, there's always something fresh to learn.

Building Real Relationships

Life is better together, and at GO Church, we believe that's exactly how God designed it to be. Our small groups are the heart of how we build lasting friendships and grow in our faith journey together.

Think of our small groups like family gatherings around a dinner table. These weekly meetups happen in homes across the city, where groups of people share life, pray together, and dig into God's Word. Whether you're into sports, theology, or just want to connect with others your age, there's a group that feels like home.

We love creating fun ways for everyone to connect. From our regular GO Kids and GO Youth activities to our annual conferences, these events are perfect for meeting new friends in a wholesome setting. Our foyer after Gatherings is always buzzing with conversation and laughter – it's where many of our strongest friendships begin.

Discovering Your Purpose

Everyone has special gifts to share, and at GO Church, we love helping you find yours. Whether you're great with kids, have a heart for serving others, or just want to lend a helping hand, there's a perfect spot for you here.

We have lots of ways you can jump in and serve:

• Kids ministry (helping little ones learn about Jesus)

• Worship team

• Welcome team

• Youth team

• Media & production

• Small group leadership

But it's not just about serving at church. We're making waves in our community too! Last year, our teams:

• Gave away hundred of boxes of food at our Westside ATL food pantry

• Built wheelchair ramps with local nonprofits such as Riverlife

• Supported local schools with painting and upkeep in Coweta County

• Built beds for children without a bed to sleep on in Montgomery County

Getting Started at GO Church

Walking into a new church can feel like a big step. We get it – that's why we've made your first visit as easy as possible. When you arrive, our friendly welcome team will greet you with genuine smiles and help you find your way around.

Your kids will love our safe and fun children's areas, where they can make new friends while learning about Jesus. For the grown-ups, grab a fresh cup of coffee on us and find a comfortable seat in our auditorium. Our Gatherings last about 90 minutes, featuring modern worship music and a message that connects the Bible to real life.

Want to know the best part? You don't need to dress up or act a certain way. Come as you are – we're just real people who love Jesus and each other. Many of our current members remember feeling nervous on their first visit, but they'll tell you how quickly those nerves turned into joy.
