The Legacy Team is an outlet for those who are called and equipped to finance the Kingdom of God and to leave a legacy. The Legacy Team serves our church with the gift of giving.
Once a year, during the month of December, we bring a special offering—one that requires sacrifice and one that builds a legacy for future generations. This offering enables us to take a giant leap forward in fulfilling the big opportunities God has placed before us. Giving toward the Legacy offering is above and beyond our regular tithes and generosity. We ask that you prayerfully consider what God is leading you to give during the next Legacy offering. You can give through the app, online, text, or by mailing in your gift. Make sure to select "Legacy" under the "funds" dropdown menu and memo your donation "Legacy" so that we can appropriate your gift towards Legacy.
Tithing is a biblical principle. God calls us to give the first 10% of our income back to Him. We’ve seen God provide abundantly in our church, and we know He will provide abundantly for you and your family when you put Him first in your finances. In fact, it’s the one area in the Bible where God tells you to test Him.
"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." Malachi 3:10 NIV
The Bible says we can take the promises of God to the bank. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest. We can’t out-give God.
